  • Administer pain-relieving drugs and local, regional and general anesthesia
  • Monitor and regulate all vital signs and critical life functions during procedures that require anesthesia
  • Diagnose and treat any surgical and anesthesia complications during surgery

Kentucky Anesthesia Group is dedicated to providing perioperative care to patients before, during and after surgery:  

  • Before surgery | we review each patient’s medical history, discuss the plan for anesthesia and answer any questions the patient might have.  We may also initiate regional nerve blocks and catheters to aid with pain control after surgery.
  • During surgery | because of our training, our anesthesiologists have experience with complex cases, including difficult airways and patients with multiple allergies.
  • After surgery | patients receive a multi-modal approach to pain control with different oral and intravenous medications.
